BACKGROUND: A 45-year-old male presented to us at 43 with 3 main seizures. First occurred weekly during wakefulness and consisted of right leg shaking and impairing consciousness. The second type consisted of a tonic-clonic seizure occurring every 3 months. The third type was nocturnal "screaming seizures" occurring 2 to 3 times a per night.
